Our knowledgeable Guest Services Representatives can provide you with up to the minute information on what's happening at Hillcrest. From new store announcements and renovations to community events and store promotions, you'll find out everything you need to know to make your shopping experience a pleasurable one.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are available in any denomination, from $10-500, and are packaged in a complimentary greeting card and envelope.

WAGON & STROLLER LOANS

We would be happy to provide you with the use of a complimentary stroller (single, double, and infant strollers) or wagon during your stay at Hillcrest. If it is your first time using this service please register with us. Photo identification is required.

WALKER & WHEELCHAIR LOANS

We would be happy to provide you with the use of a walker or wheelchair during your stay at Hillcrest. Valid Photo identification required.

LOST AND FOUND

If you have lost an item or find one during your shopping trip to Hillcrest, simply talk to one of our customer service representatives, they would be glad to help you.

GIFT IDEAS

It is our priviledge to make your shopping experience easier by putting our skilled shopping expertise to use and helping you plan the perfect gift for your loved ones.

GIFT WRAPPING

For a nominal fee, our Customer Service representatives will be happy to wrap your gifts for the perfect final touch. Proceeds will be donated to a local charity.

BOTTLE WARMING & DIAPER KITS

For the convenience of parents, Hillcrest offers bottle warming services at the Guest Services kiosk as well as diaper kits.

FAMILY PARKING

At each of our main entrances, Hillcrest offers exclusive parking options for expectant mothers and parents with young children.

MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION / SERVICE ONTARIO KIOSK

Conveniently located at Entrance 1, near TD Bank, the Service Ontario Kiosk allows you to obtain government services and products including: renewal of plate stickers, change address, pay fines, etc.
